Use the screen blending mode to composite this into your footage. This is the only fast shutter speed rain asset you can find online! If you want it to work for 180° shutter, simply add a vertical directional blur to the rain asset.
I use this rain to composite with iPhone footage which tends to be shot at a fast shutter speed.
